  Jon Maguire, Chairman

Jon was appointed as Investment Development Director of Legal & General Investment Management in 1992 and was part of the Executive team that up to his departure in 1998, secured over £8 billion of new individual client investment business. He moved to Prudential Fund Managers as Head of Business Development, before leaving to establish his own investment fund consultancy. He has Chaired Investment Classification at the Association of British Insurers. Jon is both a founder and a major shareholder in cru Investment Management Limited.

   
  Stephen Danner, Non-Executive Director

Steve has been an investment adviser for over 25 years, the majority of which was spent with Noble Lowndes Consultants & Actuaries, where he specialised in private client financial planning and investment. In 1999, following three years as co-Director in an IFA stockbroking joint venture, he established his own IFA practice, SD Asset Management, which has a strong investment bias. He is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and is a founder and major shareholder in cru Investment Management.

   
 

Tabitha Wood, Managing Director, Chairman’s office 

Tabitha has a BA Honours degree in Modern Languages and Information Systems. Working with buying houses for El Corte Ingles (largest Spanish Department store in Spain) and Pemex (the Mexican national oil company), she joined Legal & General Investment Management in 1997, working for the Investment Development Director. SWAY started in 1998, and soon established itself as a market leader in International Events. Tabitha, as the Director of Events for SWAY joined Incisive Media in 2005, as a result of the sale of the events division of the company. After a break to start a family, Tabitha returned to the industry as Director, Africa for cru Investment Management in 2007.

     
  ARCH Financial Products LLP

The investment adviser of the CF Arch cru portfolio OEICs is ARCH Financial Products LLP. Based in London’s West End, ARCH are a multi-asset investment manager and specialist in asset allocation. They also have considerable in-house expertise in absolute return investing techniques and work with cru to develop these in the successful management of cru portfolios, including creating access to investments that have traditionally been the preserve of investment banks. Members of the ARCH investment team has been involved in the development of over £10 billion of investment products and they were recognised as the top global currency forecasters by Bloomberg in 2006.
