Investments in our funds is actually into a discretionary managed service in private market assets, co-managed but with final regulatory decision making the sole responsibility of Arch. For superior tax and trading reasons this service is administered as fully FSA UK authorised OEIC fund administered by Capita Financial, a leading provider of OEICs in the United Kingdom. The benefits of this structure are:

• No capital gains tax on trading
• Superior dealing terms on underlying investments as we buy at institutional rates
• A collapse in paperwork at client level as all trades in underlying holdings are the responsibility of Capita and require no disclosure by investors on their tax returns.

We want you to have a long and profitable relationship with us. We provide a six-monthly report for our funds’ performance. In addition, the Arch cru Investment Committee holds an annual client presentation enabling you to hear first-hand our investment views and review of performance.

The unit prices of the CF Arch cru Portfolio funds are quoted daily in the Financial Times by Capita Financial, our fund administrators, one of the top 100 UK companies listed on the UK stockmarket.
